As a home health aide, you'll provide vital personal care and health services to clients who need assistance with daily activities. Your responsibilities may include helping with household tasks like laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. You'll work under the supervision of registered nurses and social workers as part of a dedicated care team.

Program Requirements

Admission Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Applicants 18 years or older without a diploma or GED must demonstrate readiness to learn through program assessment

Clinical Requirements

  • Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required
